Saras Bhaskar has several years of Psychological Counseling and
Human Resource Management experience from the United States.
As Director of Southwest Key Program, a NGO in Austin, Texas,
she combined her Corporate and Counseling experience to run
a successful outreach program. As a counselor, she was a great
coach to adolescents and their families. Her counseling approach helped
them improve their communication skills & problem-solving
abilities. Her expertise in working with the strengths of individuals has
given her recognition in the field.
As a Director, she successfully handled operational functions such as
planning and budgeting, recruitment and orientation for newly-hired staff.
She firmly believes that every human being has the power to succeed.
Her mission is to empower people to discover/rediscover their full
potential. She objectively guides individuals to discover those skills and
helps them to implement it successfully.
