Saras Bhaskar has several years of Psychological Counseling and Human Resource Management experience from the United States. As Director of Southwest Key Program, a NGO in Austin, Texas, she combined her Corporate and Counseling experience to run a successful outreach program. As a counselor, she was a great coach to adolescents and their families. Her counseling approach helped them improve their communication skills & problem-solving abilities. Her expertise in working with the strengths of individuals has given her recognition in the field.

As a Director, she successfully handled operational functions such as planning and budgeting, recruitment and orientation for newly-hired staff. She firmly believes that every human being has the power to succeed. Her mission is to empower people to discover/rediscover their full potential. She objectively guides individuals to discover those skills and helps them to implement it successfully. and assist them to incorporate successfully in their daily walks of life.
